Are you a customer service professional with advanced Spanish skills (C2) and at least B2 level in English? Join our team in Lisbon and support sellers and buyers with your expertise.
Schedule:
* Monday to Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00 (rotative shifts)
* 2 rotative days off per week
* At a later stage, the client may switch to 24/7 coverage (rotative shifts)
Your Profile:
* Spanish language skills at C2 level
* English language skills at minimum B2 level
* Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, telesales, account management, customer success, or business development-related roles
* Strong sales awareness and ability to influence seller success
* Proactive and customer-oriented mindset
* Must hold an EU ID, Residence Card, or valid Visa
o Manifestação de Interesse also accepted
o Visa support may be discussed during the process
