Our client — a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions — is now hiring a Norwegian-speaking Customer Representative to join the Specsavers team in Benalmádena, Málaga.

What you’ll do
As a Customer Representative, you will:
* Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
* Respond to customer inquiries via chat and social media channels.
* Provide professional, solution-oriented support about products, orders, and services.
* Focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience every time.
* Follow project processes and procedures.
* Work closely with your team to achieve shared goals.
What we’re looking for
* Native or fluent Norwegian speaker.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer literacy and comfort using multiple systems.
* A positive attitude and motivation to provide great customer service.
What’s in it for you
* Full-time, permanent contract (39h/week).
* Working hours: Monday–Friday between 08:00–18:00, Saturday 09:00–17:00 (with two weekends off per month).
* Salary: €19,200 gross/year + up to €1,800 gross/year in bonus.
* Relocation support if needed.
* 23 paid vacation days per year (based on full-time employment).
