Senior Operations Manager / Clinic Director City Sales Agent
About the Role
We are seeking proactive and entrepreneurial City Sales Agents across Spain to expand our presence in their respective cities. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals passionate about sales and business development. You will identify and onboard hospitality businesses, drive service adoption, and maximize revenue in your assigned city.
Your main focus will be sales and client acquisition. Customer support is managed centrally, giving you full autonomy to develop your local market and earn high commissions based on the revenue generated by your onboarded clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Development: Identify and engage restaurants, bars, cafés, and other hospitality businesses to introduce and promote our service. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive service adoption to maximize monthly usage. Maintain an active pipeline of leads and onboard new clients consistently.
3. Onboarding and Training: Provide initial training to businesses on using our system effectively. Ensure a smooth setup process.
4. Collaboration with Central Support: Act as the first point of contact for escalations in your city. Work closely with the central customer service team to ensure seamless operations.
5. Local Strategy Development: Adapt sales strategies to your city’s hospitality landscape and share insights with the broader team.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (hospitality experience is a plus).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
* Familiarity with the hospitality sector in your assigned city would be beneficial.
* A smartphone or laptop with internet access for reporting and client interactions.
