As a Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that shape our business strategy and fuel innovation. Based in Palma de Mallorca (or remotely within Europe), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design cutting-edge PowerBI dashboards, streamline reporting processes, and uncover trends that drive commercial success. As a Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist, you’ll bridge the gap between raw data and business strategy by delivering intuitive visualizations and scalable reporting solutions. You’ll partner with stakeholders to understand their needs, design impactful dashboards, and ensure data integrity across all outputs. Design and implement high-impact PowerBI dashboards that drive commercial value and align with business objectives.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through compelling visualizations and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance while continuously refining visualization tools and processes.
Stay current with emerging trends in data visualization, analytics, and automation technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.G., Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, PowerBI, and large dataset analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Excel;
familiarity with Python, DAX, or Power Query is a plus.
Expertise in data visualization and dashboard design, with a focus on clarity and user experience.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to data accuracy and process improvement.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.G., AWS, Azure).
