**Sales Manager**In this role, you will be responsible for the Commercial management of the Oerlikon Balzers product portfolio in the market under our responsibility, managing the sales teams of our Spanish plants in coordination with the rest of the functional areas of the company and its Management.Your Responsibilities- Develop and implement the sales strategy in the market under our responsibility, in line with Oerlikon's global strategies, in relation to the group's product portfolio.- Energize, motivate and manage the Sales team making the most of their skills.- Key Account Manager of specific customers or business groups.- Participate in the definition and management of the Company's Pricing Policy, in coordination with the Head of Prices and Quotations.- Collaborate with the management of the company to achieve the agreed annual (BU) and long-term goals (5YBP).- Manage and optimize the product portfolio in coordination with the Operations Manager to achieve the company's profitability objectives.- Support the transfer of the Client's requirements to Operations and vice versa, through the CSC.- Define the strategies and activities of external communication, promotion and advertising and implement them, in coordination with the global Marketing function of the Oerlikon group.Your Profile- Training in mechanical engineering or related to materials science, or similar.- Work experience in areas related to the manufacture, sale or surface treatment of tools (cutting, stamping, forming or injection of plastic or aluminum), or components (of machinery in general).
