At RE/MAX Coast II, we are expanding our presence in West Estepona and are looking for independent real estate agents with a strong interest in new developments and international investment opportunities.
This role is ideal for professionals who want to build their own real estate business while being part of a structured, international, and growth-oriented environment.
Who we are looking for
* Fully independent agent (self-employed / autónomo)
* Strong focus on new developments and off-plan projects
* Interest in international & overseas real estate, including: Dubai, Punta Cana
* Ability to generate own listings and buyer clients
* Entrepreneurial mindset with full accountability
* Comfortable with a commission-only model
* Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
* English required (additional languages are a strong plus)
