Secure order intake targets while representing NX in front of the customer, working hand in hand with the HQ-based Aftermarket Sales Specialist and Backoffice Team.
Reporting dotted line to the Director of Global Aftermarket Sales while being part of the disciplinary reporting line of the regional Service Director.
Ensure the achievement of the budget and order intake.
Actively sell Aftermarket products to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.
Create and manage opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements, and suggesting appropriate products or services.
Develop and deliver sales bids, proposals, and presentations, including technical clarifications and implementation strategies for non-standard Aftermarket sales products.
Prepare pricing strategies and terms and conditions.
Follow internal approval processes, including risk reviews and project summaries, and hand over signed contracts to Service Operations.
Develop medium to long-term sales plans and strategies to protect and grow relationships with targeted customers, including demand forecasting.
YOUR PROFILE:
* Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or economics is preferred.
* Technical degree or equivalent work experience and training.
* Experience in selling products; familiarity with turbines and wind energy is an advantage.
* Proficiency in English (C1) and Spanish; German language skills are valued.
* Strong commercial approach and ability to engage and persuade customers.
* Focus on aftersales order intake results.
* Leadership qualities, ability to maintain momentum, and deliver results.
