Overview
We are currently looking for Telecommunication Project Controller to work in person in Seville or Bilbao.
Responsibilities
- Customer Satisfaction and Service Customer Relationship: (customer voice management, Service Value Demonstration)
- Delivery & Maintenance Assurance: Ensure successful project delivery and maintain network stability through risk management and strategy implementation.
- Service Solutions & Sales: Identify customer pain points, develop competitive service solutions, and manage bidding to drive business growth.
- Partner Capability Management: Guide partner investment, evaluate capabilities, address gaps, and ensure consistent service quality.
Job requirements
- Working time: 8x5
- Availability to travel around the country.
- Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in the ICT industry, in customer service management, delivery & maintenance assurance, service sales experience for enterprise or carrier networks.
- Proven track record in managing service solutions for major projects, including experience in service bidding and sales strategy development.
- Deep understanding of service solution sales, with the ability to identify customer pain points and develop competitive service offerings.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-departmental collaboration skills to drive closed-loop customer feedback and business implementation.
- Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with local customers and HQ teams.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills to demonstrate service value and influence customer budgeting.
