o Analyze market data to refine product positioning, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation.
o Represent Hoymiles at industry events, conferences, and government forums to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
o Experience:
o 8–10 years in senior commercial roles, with a proven track record in renewable energy, power electronics, or related industries.
o Deep understanding of Southern European markets, including regulatory frameworks and key industry players.
o Skills:
o Strong leadership and team-building capabilities in multicultural environments.
o Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
o Languages:
o Required: Fluency in English.
o Preferred: Proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
