BDR Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with key decision-makers, sparking interest in our clients' innovative IT solutions, and creating high-value opportunities. Job Description: The BDR role involves calling US companies to generate leads by setting up meetings between IT managers and our client's sales representatives. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a target-driven mentality. You will be working closely with sales experts from top-tier clients, such as Intel, Dell, and Fujitsu, to learn about the industry and build relationships with decision-makers worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Engage with key decision-makers: Connect and initiate conversations with IT managers to understand their current tech setup. Spark interest: Present our client's innovative IT solutions and demonstrate how they can optimize processes and increase productivity. Create high-value opportunities: Set up meetings between prospects and our client's sales experts to move the conversation forward. Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: C2 English language proficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus, but not required. Previous CRM experience is desirable, but not necessary. A target-driven mentality and a can-do attitude. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
