Experteer OverviewAs part of a cross-functional team, you will drive RDQ activities to support new product development, portfolio maintenance, and productivity projects that enhance the consumer experience. You will plan and execute projects aligned with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing, communicating status and risks clearly. You will run pilot plant and factory trials under GMP and HACCP, conduct shelf-life and quality-design tests, and prepare consumer-led specifications. You will analyze results, develop conclusions, and write technical reports to guide decisions. This role puts the consumer at the heart of development and offers a clear path to impact across product pipelines.
