Marketing is our exciting game board in the ever-evolving toy industry, and we are ready to play!We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Brand Manager to join our Games team with 3 to 5 years of experience in brand strategy, product development, and portfolio management. The role includes overseeing iconic brands like Mille Bornes.The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing and executing brand plans, launching new products, and optimizing existing portfolios to meet market demands. A strong collaborator across functions, with a focus on ensuring brand consistency and driving sales performance. Fluency in both French and English is required.Key responsibilities include:
Brand Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute long-term (3 years) and short-term (1 year) brand strategies in collaboration with senior brand managers and markets, ensuring alignment with company goals.Product & Portfolio Management:
Lead management of the product portfolio, including launching new products, optimizing existing ones, and redesigning packaging.Sales Performance:
Monitor sales performance proactively, working with trade marketing and local sales teams to adjust strategies and ensure growth.Product Briefings & Launches:
Create and manage product briefings for new product development, packaging updates, and content creation.Collaboration & Communication:
Coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, legal, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure alignment on product strategies and market needs.Market Research & Insights:
Support qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to gather insights on market trends and brand performance.Training:
Assist in training internal teams on new product features and brand messaging to ensure consistent communication.Qualifications and knowledge:
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor / Master / Diploma).Solid understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and product development.Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.Interest in Jumbodiset products;
knowledge of the toy market is a plus.Fluent in both French and English;
additional languages are a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar brand management or marketing role supporting brand strategies and product development.Knowledge of the French retail landscape is required.What’s waiting for you:
