At Arsys, part of the international IONOS Group, we are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who combines technical expertise with a customer-first mindset to help our strategic partners get the most out of our advanced cloud solutions.ResponsibilitiesBe the primary technical point of contact for key customers, guiding them in the use and evolution of our cloud solutions.Coordinate and oversee technical projects and implementations, ensuring smooth delivery.Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, guaranteeing service quality and SLA compliance.Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions that bring added value.QualificationsPrevious experience in technical account management, advanced support or technical project management (TAM, Service Manager, Technical PM or similar).
Strong experience in administering Kubernetes clustersStrong knowledge of cloud computing, systems administration (Linux/Windows), virtualization, and hosting environments.Ability to manage technical projects end-to-end.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong customer orientation.High level of English (very valuable).
