Swedish-Speaking Collection Specialist
Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Collection Specialist to join our supportive and professional team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the debt collection process, ensuring effective and compliant outcomes from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Full management of the collection process
- You will be responsible for the entire debt recovery lifecycle, from the initial notice through to enforcement.
- Communication with debtors
You will handle sensitive personal data while responding to inbound customer calls and making outbound calls, focusing on finding solutions through constructive and professional negotiations.
- Agreement management
Preparation, documentation, and monitoring of payment plans and settlement agreements.Preparation and submission of documentation for payment order applications, ongoing communication with Kronofogden, monitoring case progress, and providing additional documentation when required.Staying up to date with legislative changes related to debt law, enforcement procedures, and data protection regulations.Regular reporting on case status, progress, and results to your direct manager.Requirements and Qualifications
- Cooperation with Kronofogden (Swedish Enforcement Authority)

You are an adecuado candidate if you are results-driven and able to work with a high level of accuracy and discipline.
- Relevant work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in debt collection or a closely related financial or legal field.
- Strong negotiation skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations calmly, professionally, and effectively.Logical and analytical mindset with the ability to quickly assess situations and propose legally and financially sound solutions.High level of integrity and accuracy when handling confidential and sensitive data.Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and experience working with databases and case management systems.
- Language skills
- Fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Good command of English for day-to-day communication
- Knowledge of Danish is considered a strong advantage
