We are looking for a Real Estate Debt Advisory & Origination professional with strong knowledge of private debt financing and an active broker and intermediary network. This role will focus on originating and structuring high-quality short-term lending opportunities across residential and commercial real estate.
What You'll Do:Build and grow a trusted network of brokers, introducers, developers, real estate professionals and real estate investorsOriginate high-quality private debt financing in the UK and Western EuropeRepresent Fracct in meetings, events, and through social platforms as a key face of our lending operationManage your own deal pipeline, engaging regularly with borrowers and partnersCollaborate with our in-house credit, structuring, and legal teams to drive deals to closeHelp shape client proposals, term sheets, and marketing content that inspires confidenceStay ahead of market movements, funding trends, and regulatory updates
What You Bring:A strong, active network of brokers, developers, introducers, and intermediaries in residential real estateProven experience in bridging finance, real estate lending, or property investment advisoryA commercial mindset with the ability to spot viable lending opportunities and move quicklyExcellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skillsUnderstanding of lending fundamentals, including structuring, underwriting, and riskSelf-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a commission-only setupFluent in English;
additional European languages are a plus
