Your missionYour mission in our company will be:
The Senior Buyer Europe/Spain is responsible for leading and optimizing purchasing activities and performance in Spain for the dermocosmetics and pharmaceutical products subsidiaries, in alignment with the Group's global and regional strategies.
Works in close coordination with the Corporate Purchasing Department to identify synergies, implement common policies, and support the implementation of the international ERP in Spain.
Main responsibilities:1. Strategic Purchasing Management
Ensure the performance of the purchasing function in Spain, with a strong focus on generating savings.
Implement the global and European purchasing strategy by categories.
Propose and maintain a rationalized panel of preferred suppliers.
Develop tender strategies for large‐scale and strategic projects.
Lead tender processes and supplier selection.
2. Purchasing Development and Maturity
Increase the level of maturity of the purchasing area in Spain.
Implement and monitor the KPI roadmap defined by Corporate Purchasing.
Improve contractual coverage and supplier rationalization.
Prepare the organization for the implementation of the international ERP.
3. Negotiation and Supplier Management
Negotiate commercial and contractual conditions with key suppliers.
Manage contracts on behalf of the Group's subsidiaries.
Monitor supplier performance through periodic reviews.
Assess suppliers' financial health and the level of mutual dependency.
Maintain long‐term strategic relationships with suppliers.
4. Regional Coordination and Projects
Collaborate with corporate and regional teams in a matrix environment.
Lead regional category strategies and European tenders when required.
Manage cross‐functional purchasing projects.
Actively participate in the ERP rollout in Spain.
5. Management by Objectives
Define and achieve quantitative objectives (cost reduction, budget optimization).
Lead priority projects aligned with the Group's strategic objectives.
Propose innovative initiatives that generate added value.
Who you are?REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY:Education
Higher university degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in Business Administration, Purchasing, Engineering, Economics, or similar.
Specialized training in purchasing (desirable).
Experience
Between 5 and 10 years of experience in indirect purchasing.
Solid knowledge of purchasing processes: supplier panels, tenders, and performance evaluation.
Proven experience in complex negotiations.
Experience in multinational or matrix environments (desirable).
Participation in ERP projects (desirable).
Languages
Spanish: Native or professional level.
English: Advanced level (mandatory).
French: Advanced level (desirable).
IT Skills
Proficiency in office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP systems.
Use of analysis and reporting tools.
