Governance </strong></p><ul><li> Establish and maintain effective programme governance structures aligned with client standards </li><li> Define roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks </li><li> Organize and lead governance forums (SteerCo, Programme Boards, working groups)</li><li> Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements </li><li> Manage escalations and support timely decision-making </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>2. Planning and Dependency Management </strong></p><ul><li> Define and maintain integrated programme plans across multiple projects and workstreams </li><li> Identify, track, and actively manage interdependencies across systems, teams, and vendors </li><li> Ensure alignment between business and technology deliverables </li><li> Manage critical path, milestones, and deliverables </li><li> Proactively identify risks related to dependencies and propose mitigation strategies </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>3. Programme Reporting </strong></p><ul><li> Produce high-quality, executive-level reporting on programme status </li><li> Track and report progress against scope, budget, timeline, risks, and benefits </li><li> Provide clear and concise updates to senior stakeholders and leadership </li><li> Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure regular updates </li><li> Drive transparency and accountability across all programme activities </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>4. Scope Management </strong></p><ul><li> Define and maintain programme scope in alignment with business objectives </li><li> Implement effective change control processes </li><li> Ensure all scope changes are formally assessed, approved, and communicated </li><li> Prevent scope creep through strong governance and stakeholder alignment </li><li> Ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements and business outcomes </li></ul><p></p><p><strong>5.
