We are looking for a Category Manager – Toys & Games to join our team and help us build one of the most exciting growth engines for Amazon – OHL categories. The person will be responsible to lead the overall business P&L, drive top line growth through insight driven actions while working with various seller facing partner teams, develop an understanding of the industry and customer trends and have a vision for the future of the category that will translate into actions today.

Key job responsibilities
Using a nuanced understanding of complex stakeholder relationships.
Having a strong understanding of customer needs and translating them to Amazon input requirements across the flywheel.
Building strong relationships with top brands, as well as an ability to identify emerging brands that can be enabled to fast growth.
Diving deep into complex data across various customer facing inputs and coming up with insights for stakeholders and brands.
Independently owning projects and workstreams and driving them to closure.
PNL Management.
Stakeholder relationship management.
Program and Project management.
Authority to set and drive mechanisms.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of Excel experience.
5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiation and delivering results experience.
Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience.
Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing large data sets and utilizing them to drive performance and process improvements.
Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development.
