Do you believe that sustainable transformation happens when people and performance evolve together? As a Transformation & People Strategist, you will play a key role in driving sustainable transformation in the Core Banking, Client and Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) Tribes. You will be part of the Challengers Team, reporting to the Challenger Lead of the Value Chain Daily, within ING's Transformation Office Tribe.
You'll act as a force multiplier by helping the Tribe Lead and People Leaders to go out-of-silo mode while co-shaping an overarching perspective on people engagement and performance.
You are changing catalyst challenging patterns and connecting the dots between performance and fostering people development—ultimately helping the tribe thrive.
You'll work close to Tribe Leads, People Leaders, HR Business Partners and Talent & Training
Lead the intersection of People & Productivity, spotting and activating the engagement–performance bridge. Lead the People Agenda, structuring regular leadership conversations on engagement, development, performance and workforce planning.
Manage the Tribe's training budget, aligning learning investments with strategic priorities.
Be a strategic challenger, giving direction where needed, sparking courageous conversations and guiding leadership reflection with bold, constructive input.
Influence decisions with data, using metrics to reveal pain points and support decisions, working across tech and business domains.
Co-design, implement and monitor tribe-wide learning investments or engagement initiatives in collaboration with people leaders and the Transformation Office.
Act on data: use Pulse, OHI, performance metrics and team feedback to challenge the status quo and drive better decisions.
Be part of the broader Challenger network, contributing to collective intelligence and evolving our shared impact narrative.
Partner with Scrum Masters and POs to boost team effectiveness and overcome delivery blockers.

Have strong project delivery skills and are comfortable running with complexity.
Communicate with clarity and precision, simplifying complex data and challenging assumptions constructively.
Love working with data and people to unlock patterns and simplify complexity.
Master's or bachelor's degree
Experience with topics such as performance, talent, leadership, engagement strategy or business transformation.
Strong project management skills, from facilitating conversations and turning insights into action to implementing and tracking.
Experience in running, coaching or supporting performance execution (data, cadence, visibility).
A strong communicator with excellent Spanish and English skills.
Know how to structure and communicate execution data clearly, visually, and persuasively.
Knowledge of Core Banking, Client Services, KYC or Regulatory environments.
