We also participate in projects related to hydrogen, biomass, biofuels, decarbonization, artificial intelligence, and digitalization. /pp Sustainable growth, decarbonization, and energy transition are the values that represent our culture. /pp Our high level of professionalism and commitment drives us to continuous research to improve efficiency and sustainability, always with strict compliance with the law and aligned with the highest ethical standards. /p p We are looking for an b Engineering Manager, /b to join the organization in an stable basis (permanent contract) to support the running projects, reporting directly to the Project Director and Corporate Project Management area, to perform the following functions: /p p Lead, manage, and coordinate the Engineering team assigned to the project, ensuring compliance with the Contract within their area of responsibility both during the HO phase and on-site, if necessary. /p pb Specific functions: /b /pulli Coordinate the different Engineering leaders assigned to the Project and guarantee the technical quality, deadlines, and costs of the work and deliverables from Engineering both in HO and on-site, according to the Contract scope and Client/Project technical specifications. /lili Lead the issuance of the Engineering Plan for the Project and ensure its compliance. /lili Ensure the integrity of the Engineering design and guarantee the correct application of procedures, specifications, standards, and HSE, QA, and QC requirements. /lili Participate in meetings with the Client to review Engineering activities and deliverables, specifically: PIDs, design, 3D model, underground systems, passive protection, HSE studies (such as HAZOP, SIL…), etc. /lili Lead the coordination of Engineering consistency analyses and ensure the implementation of Value Improvement and Constructability initiatives. /lili Ensure the content and scope of requisitions, tabulations, award recommendations, and purchase orders for materials, equipment, and services. /lili Channel and ensure control of all technical clarifications raised to the Client, Licensors, and/or vendors regarding the Engineering area. /lili Analyze the technical scope and associated hours for proposed changes in the application of Change Notifications submitted by disciplines for approval or rejection. /lili Lead and consolidate periodic progress and project closure reports related to Engineering activities. /lili Manage budget control of hours and global engineering resources (internal and subcontracted). /li /ul pb REQUIREMENTS /b /pulli Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering /lili At least 10 years of experience /lili Knowledge of the complete Project Cycle, understanding essential areas such as Construction, Procurement, Engineering, and Processes /lili Knowledge of planning hours and resources /lili Management and coordination skills. Leadership /lili Strong communication and negotiation skills /lili High level of English (C1) /lili International mobility. /li /ul
