This role is one of the key leadership positions within the UNIFY Europe Transformation Program, driving end‐to‐end standardization and business model evolution across the Transactional & Software domains. The Regional BPO Lead (f/m/d) will influence transformation strategies across multiple countries, partner with VP-level stakeholders, and shape the future operating model of our European business.
The role is dedicated to Transactional and Software business models and covers the following processes: pricing, quotation, order booking and order management, customer returns, customer relations, EDI, claims and rebates, procurement, Software licensing, subscription and Software Professional services, Master Data preparation readiness for these processes as well as Transactional Data migration strategy definition and preparation.
What will you do?
Drive Regional Process Standardization: Lead the harmonization of all Transactional & Software processes across Europe, ensuring alignment with the UNIFY core model and resolving gaps between local practices and global standards.
Steer Deployment & Business Readiness: Ensure countries are strategically prepared for each deployment wave — from F2T anticipation through go live — by guiding AS IS/TO BE alignment, removing roadblocks, and coordinating readiness with regional and local leaders.
Lead Data & Transformation Governance: Oversee master data and transactional data readiness, secure alignment with global templates, and support successful execution of data migration activities.
Act as Strategic Interface & Decision Arbiter: Represent the region in balancing business needs with core model constraints, arbitrate conflicting requirements, and drive decision making with global BPOs, LoBs, and GSC.
Develop and Lead the Regional BPO Team: Build and manage a high‐performing regional BPO team, ensuring strong expertise, effective knowledge transfer, and consistent support across all deployment waves.
Ensure Change Adoption & Benefit Realization: Champion the change journey across entities, validate adoption progress, and monitor delivery of expected business benefits from the new processes.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
Master's degree in business administration and information systems
10+ years of experience in multi‐country business transformation and process standardization
Proven leadership of large‐scale, multi‐wave, multi‐entity deployment programs
Strong expertise in transactional and software‐based business models (licensing, subscription, services)
Ability to influence VP/C‐level stakeholders within complex matrix organizations
Extensive experience with ERP and digital transformation programs (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Deep knowledge of data governance, master data preparation, and data migration
Demonstrated success in building and leading high‐performing expert teams
Strong decision‐making skills in ambiguous and fast‐changing environments
Excellent communication and alignment capabilities across diverse countries and business lines
High resilience and adeptness at balancing competing stakeholder interests
Strategic mindset paired with operational execution excellence
Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel up to one week per month
