Reporting to the Head of Brand Management, this role will be responsible for driving the brand planning process, from development to execution, and for monitoring brand performance for Absolut and Malibu brands.

Responsibilities
Develop the 3‑year strategic plan and annual brand plan, identifying drivers for growth and financial performance.
Monitor achievement and development opportunities of the current strategy, track and report KPIs, and draw appropriate insights and recommendations.
Deeply understand the consumer target, especially Gen Z, and propose activities that resonate with them.
Secure execution and follow‑up of annual plans.
Align with international strategy with constant communication with Business Operations.
Manage the brand budget, taking full responsibility for the A&P; budget.
Lead selection and briefings with local agencies and cross‑functional teams.
Follow market evolution first hand and understand business needs.
Manage team, motivate and develop (e.G., interns, CM).
Collaborate closely with internal departments.
Qualifications
University degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration;
a master’s degree is a plus.
Fluency in Spanish and English;
proficiency in other languages is a plus.
At least 4–5 years of professional experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG.
Excellent knowledge and experience with professional marketing tools, structures and processes.
