Job Overview

The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. The position focuses on driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and leading a team in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Responsibilities / What You’ll Do

- Customer Experience – lead and support staff in providing best‑in‑class service.
- Sales – analyze business, drive results, and meet sales targets.
- OMNI Channel Fulfillment – manage inventory and coordination across online and in‑store channels.
- Store presentation and floor supervision – ensure visual standards and layout.
- Store & Stockroom operations – oversee opening/closing, stock management and logistics.
- Staffing, scheduling, and payroll – recruit, hire, train, and manage payroll.
- Training and Development – deliver coaching and development opportunities.
- Communication – coordinate internally and externally.
- Asset protection – safeguard merchandise.

Qualifications / What It Takes

- Bachelor’s degree or one year supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
- CEFR B2 fluency in English & Spanish, required.
- Strong problem‑solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Team building and self‑starter attributes.
- Drive to achieve results and fashion interest & knowledge.
- Capacity to present oneself in a dynamic and challenging setting.
