Billetto is looking for a hands-on PPC Specialist to join our in-house marketing team in Malaga. This is a performance-first role with full ownership of paid acquisition across B2B and B2C, where results, structure and scalability matter more than buzzwords.

We are a performance-driven, marketplace business. PPC is a profit center, not a branding channel.
Your role
You will be 100% hands-on and report directly to the Head of Marketing.
You will own paid acquisition end-to-end, from setup and structure to scaling and optimisation.
B2B acquisition
- Acquire new event organisers in Denmark, Norway and Sweden
- Strong focus on low CAC
- Primarily acquisition-driven (with occasional lead generation for sales)
- Channels: Google Search, Paid Social, Bing
B2C growth
- Drive ticket sales for +20,000 event organisers
- Heavy focus on Google Search, Performance Max, Display and Paid Social
- Work with large data volumes, algorithms, integrations and automation
- Less manual optimisation, more trading, structure and logic
What you will work with
- Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display)
- Meta Ads
- Bing Ads
- Feed tools (e.g. Google Data Feeds, Channable or similar )
- GA4 and attribution & tracking setups
- Scaling paid acquisition to new markets over time
You will not be responsible for CRO or landing pages – your focus is paid media performance.

- No top-funnel or brand awareness KPIs
- We measure what matters: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion efficiency, scalability
Who you are
- Experienced PPC Specialist (marketplace experience is a strong plus)
- Highly structured, logical and rational in your approach
automation, feeds and large datasets
- Both technical and commercial – you understand how performance impacts the business
- Used to a results-driven, performance-focused environment
- Fluent in English (company language)
