JOB PURPOSE: Reporting directly to the Site Head of Supply Chain ensures the availability of Raw Materials, Consumables, Packaging Supplies, and Logistic Services required for site activity, at the lowest cost of implementation in the short term, in conformity with defined quality, technical and logistical specifications, within deadlines and planning, adherent to Quality HSE policies, local procedures, ethical rules and values.

/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliComply with the standards (external or internal) regarding labor legislation, quality protocols, respect for the environment and safety at work.

/liliApply the protocols established by HSE for the development of the functions of the job, use of PPE, knowledge of documentation on the prevention of occupational hazards, legal authorizations for safe work and any other that may be applicable.

/liliPropose actions, projects, and means to meet the needs according to the resources of the site.

/liliPlan and structure the deployment of information systems like ERP for the Supply Chain team, organize the project teams and administer them as part of the deployment.

/liliManage the cabin weighing booth team ensuring a seamless operation and supply to the Production team.

/liliCustomer Services and KPIs: Interpretation of OOS Alert Report for Market SC with actions plan.

/liliMaterials Flow Shipments: Ensure and optimize materials flow from suppliers to customers, by managing resources (people, equipment expertise) and focusing on efficiency and cost reduction while complying with local regulations like GMP and safety standards.

/liliOversee Inbound-to-Outbound process and monitor and report: define and report control parameters (+QDCI).
\n
/liliManagement of Customs and other regulations; decide on operating model in Warehouse management (tactical warehouse planning).
\n
/liliInventory Management: Ensure timely delivery of goods; monitor stock levels; conduct cyclical inventory checks; prevent obsolescence and destruction; maintain dashboards for stock coverage.

/liliTactical Warehouse planning: capacity, labor, processes; create transparency of needs for the future and translate into projects; manage warehouse capacity (0-36 months view); ensure delivery of started initiatives.

/liliDecide on projects to be started (related to warehouse); act as a strong advisor in project approval committee (related to warehouse).

/liliOperational Budget: Monitor and align operational budget related to warehouse and transportation costs.
\n
/liliLogistics IT Systems MD: Ensure IT systems and tools are aligned with processes; flag adjustments in logistics IT systems; support implementation of new functionalities and systems; ensure alignment with ITS / Digital guidelines and oversee IT spending related to logistics; coordinate data changes per central rules and propose projects to optimize data management (only changes related to WM).

/liliTransversal responsibilities: ensure the work team complies with standards; support GMP inspections; prepare, execute and follow up CAPAs and site inspection readiness; promote development of the team; participate in talent management initiatives; manage, lead, and coach the team to ensure safety and development needs; ensure PPE use and that the team complies with Quality regulations.
