Experteer Overview
In this role, you will manage and evolve Microsoft Power Platform in enterprise environments, with a focus on governance, incident management, and AI adoption. You will work across client, business, IT, and security teams to optimize platform use and drive automation opportunities. You’ll contribute to CoE initiatives and PPAC governance, delivering reports and recommendations. This is a cross-functional position that combines administration, operational excellence, and client-facing guidance, within a flexible, growth-oriented culture.

• Manage Microsoft Power Platform usage in enterprise environments
• Support governance evolution: CoE, DLP policies, connectors, permissions, and best practices
• Track incidents, requests, and changes via ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
• Analyze platform usage to identify risks, orphaned assets, and optimization needs
• Identify improvement opportunities through automation, Copilot, AI, or process optimization
• Serve as primary contact with client, business, IT, security, and technical teams
• Prepare documentation, tracking reports, recommendations, and evolution proposals
Responsabilidades
• Power Platform governance experience in enterprise contexts
• CoE Starter Kit and PPAC administration knowledge
• Incident, request, and change management experience
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Azure DevOps, Remedy)
• AI and Copilot knowledge, including generative AI use cases in business processes
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose automation or operational improvements
• Strong client-facing communication with business and IT stakeholders
• Technical Power Platform knowledge: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, connectors, basic ALM concepts
