Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for SAP EWM Consultant.

Project:
SAP WM → Advanced Embedded EWM migration for a pharma/GMP regulated warehouse (Interquim, Sant Cugat). The project covers full E2E implementation: inbound, internal movements, production supply, dispatch, HU management, and label traceability. Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) is in scope. S/4HANA 2021 environment.
Tasks:
- Lead or support AS-IS process analysis and gap assessment vs EWM standard
- Configure and test EWM processes: inbound (transfer orders, HU creation, RF confirmation), internal storage, production supply, order picking, dispatch
- Design and configure HU management and Packing Instructions to replace manual Z-transactions
- Support functional specification writing (FDS) and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with ABAP developers on custom developments (label printing, interfaces)
- Participate in IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities alongside QA team
- Provide knowledge transfer and end-user training
- Support hyper-care period post Go-Live
Must have:
- SAP WM experience: minimum 3 years
- SAP EWM experience: minimum 3 years (Embedded or Decentralised)
- Minimum one full E2E SAP EWM deployment (go-live experience required)
- Strong knowledge of EWM inbound / outbound processes, HU management, RF Framework
- Experience with GMP / pharma / regulated environments preferred
- Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 and/or EU GMP Part II is a strong asset
- Fluent English (working language);
Spanish is a plus
Nice to have:
- Experience with SAP QM integration in WM/EWM context
- Knowledge of Zebra label printing integration
- Experience with LabVantage or other LIMS systems
- SAP S/4HANA certification
- Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes
