In this role of a Senior Business Analyst for reporting, you will be part of the general “Reporting and Analytics” community and Change Delivery Service within Group Investment Management. You will collaborate closely with business users in different countries and translate analytical and reporting needs into functional requirements and solutions. You will analyse interrelationships of business processes, complex data and financial systems, define IT specifications and implement reporting front‑end solutions for our general end user base.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support initiatives and projects related to new or existing business intelligence solutions.
- Develop and maintain analytical, regulatory, and operational reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
- Analyse reporting & analytics business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution specifications.
- Continuous improvement of existing reporting processes, services and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance, governance and data quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a business analyst, specifically in the field of business intelligence.
- Understanding of financial products, financial markets and the main accounting principles (IFRS, GAAP).
- Strong business analyst skills (analytical skills, requirement engineering, design thinking, agile methodologies).
- Familiarity with SAP BW4HANA and ERP system SAP FAM/TRM or FICO.
- Advanced skills for data analytics and data modelling with reporting front‑end tools (SAP AFO, MS Power BI or similar) is a plus.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven ability to work in a multi‑cultural environment.
- Good self‑management skills and stress resilience.
