Position Overview

Based in Europe, the Sales Executive will lead key global or multi-country strategic opportunities, focusing on Regulatory and Safety solutions for Pharma, Biopharma, and MedTech companies. The role involves developing credibility with customers, building trust, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

* Develop new business by prospecting accounts focusing on Safety and Regulatory products, consulting services, hosting, and managed services.
* Meet or exceed annual quotas by identifying and developing new accounts, following up on existing leads, and generating incremental and repeat business.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key target accounts.
* Collaborate with Product Teams, Professional Services, Hosting, and Managed Services to ensure successful delivery and create client-centric solutions.
* Identify customer needs for Regulatory/Pharmacovigilance solutions and propose tailored solutions.
* Manage strategic and key account relationships individually or with Global and Regional Sales Teams.

Requirements

* Successful track record selling enterprise solutions to Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, and Clinical Research Organizations.
* Experience working with senior management in a fast-paced environment.
* Full sales cycle experience: Prospecting, Opportunity Identification, Proposal Writing, Negotiation, Closing.
* Excellent written and verbal English skills, proposal management experience.
* Ambitious, driven, self-motivated personality, adaptable to high-volume sales.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Willingness to travel throughout Europe.

Preferred Capabilities

* Understanding of pharmacovigilance processes.
* Experience selling drug safety and regulatory consulting services, hosting, managed services, and products.
* Experience working with Safety and Regulatory Department Heads, Chief Medical Officers, and R&D IT leaders.
* Background in SaaS market.
* 10+ years in sales or business development roles.
* Open to candidates across all European locations.
