We're looking for a Maintenance Corrective Supervisor to join our Operations team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Maintenance Corrective Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the Corrective Maintenance team, including shift leaders and technicians, to meet the daily operational needs of the business.
Your main focus includes:
* Leading maintenance activities for PKG + MKG
* Managing the top 5 priorities of the plant daily
* People management and organization on a weekly basis
* Daily and weekly DDS of priority lines
* Monthly review of 100% of packing lines' performance
* Weekly follow-up of KPIs such as BD, MTBF, and others
* Serving as the machine safety owner for Granollers site and LOTO leader
* Monitoring the maintenance corrective budget
Task force assistance for priority lines
The team comprises 20 technicians and 3 shift leaders. You will collaborate closely with internal departments and external maintenance teams. Your colleagues are result-oriented and proactive, supporting the dynamic environment of the lines. You will primarily focus on corrective maintenance but will also have opportunities to work with other maintenance and engineering departments.
YOU ARE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
Enjoy managing daily operational tasks and resolving ad-hoc problems on the lines. As an experienced Maintenance Corrective Supervisor, you are an autonomous technical specialist in maintenance, energized by working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Additionally, you:
* Possess a technical degree in related fields
* Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar industrial maintenance role (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive)
* Are results-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrate leadership and organizational capacity
