About the Role
Implement and optimize the digital experience initiatives to enhance customer engagement, boost the performance of camper.com and camperlab.com, and support data-driven decision-making throughout the entire digital customer journey.
Main Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Digital Campaigns
* Design and manage automated customer journey and personalized marketing campaigns.
* Coordinate and optimize digital and social ads campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
* Plan and maintain the digital and promotional calendar.
Digital Experience, Web Optimization & Performance
* Monitor and analyze the performance of camper.com and camperlab.com (traffic, funnels, campaigns, and user behavior) and ensure both sites are up to date.
* Identify and implement improvements in user experience, navigation, and the digital customer journey (CR, CTR, AOV, ASP).
* Collaborate with design, content, technology, and operations teams to implement enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Provide support and an overall perspective to the Dropship and Online Accounts teams.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, IT, Technology, Design, Content teams, and external agencies.
* Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and alignment with company values.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven approach.
* Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics).
* Understanding of UX/UI, CRO, SEO, SEM, digital journey optimization, and prototyping tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, work autonomously, and communicate effectively.
Requirements
* Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital fields.
* Experience managing paid media (Meta, Google Ads).
* Proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Strong experience in data analysis and performance optimization.
