Your Challenge
As a Business Development Trainee, you will support the introduction of innovative IT and software solutions into the Spanish market.
Responsibilities
- Market research and analysis.
- Lead generation and qualification.
- Supporting outbound sales activities and first client contacts.
- Assisting with account management and client follow‑up.
- Maintaining CRM and sales databases.
- Providing administrative and back‑office support to the sales team.
- Supporting the alignment of partners’ value propositions with market needs.
Qualifications
- University or Business School internship agreement required.
- Fluent Spanish and professional English (spoken and written).
- Interest in sales, business development, account management, or commercial roles.
- Based in Valencia.
- Highly autonomous and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude and sense of humor.
