Job Description
A position is offered at the Proposals Development section, with the main objective of providing support to our R&I teams and partners in the elaboration of competitive tender bids devoted to transfer CIRCE’s strategic innovation results to public entities at European, national, and regional levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Understanding CIRCE’s and its partners’ interests towards European, national, and regional tendering opportunities.
* Map and identify relevant tenders for the participation of the different technical areas of CIRCE.
* Analyze the terms of reference to which potential tenders are addressed, identifying the requirements to be met in order to participate with the greatest chances of success.
* Preparation of the technical and administrative documentation for the selected tenders based on these interests, building national and international consortia whenever needed to meet the tender requirements.
* Coordination of all the partners and stakeholders involved in the initiatives.
* Management of agreements and contracts with CIRCE’s partners.
* Representation of CIRCE’s and its partners before International and National consortia.
Education, Knowledge & Experience
* Engineering or technical studies are requested.
* Proficient in English, at least C1 level or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of experience in innovation consultancy.
* Knowledge in the field of Multilateral and National tenders is mandatory.
* Additional studies or experience in business development or international commerce will be an added value.
* Knowledge in the field of energy and sustainability will be valuable.
