Key Responsibilities- Execute and support compensation policies and programs in Europe & LAC Region- Conduct market benchmarking and analyze external salary survey data to ensure competitive and equitable pay positioning- Review salary survey results and proactively provide the analysis of market trend and recommendations for any changes in our structure or individual adjustments based on the data- Support job evaluation and grading activities using established frameworks- Prepare internal pay analyses, modeling, and scenario simulations to support compensation decisions- Conduct internal equity analysis and make recommendations within established guidelines to ensure consistency in pay practices- Support annual compensation processes – Year End review, Primo Investment budgeting process- Audit compensation and benefits data in Workday on a regular basis- Prepare standard and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and insights- Support training and guidance for HR teams on compensation policies, processes, and tools- Respond to ad‑hoc compensation and benefits queries with accuracy and discretion- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardization, and accuracy of C&B processes- Participate in regional and global Compensation & Benefits projects and initiatives as requiredQualifications and Skills- 2-4 years’ experience as a compensation analyst- Knowledge of compensation principles, programs, and practices- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once- Ability to handle sensitive HR information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion- Strong problem‑solving skills- Ability to work in a fast‑paced changing environment and establish new paths and processes- Ability to work with all levels within an organization in a matrixed environment- High proficiency in Excel advanced functions, Word, PowerPoint;
