Job Responsibility:
1.Assist the Spanish Regional Business Director in deploying, implementing, and overseeing specific business tasks for the renewable energy business, ensuring full execution.
2.Coordinate with the deputy General Manager on key client contracts/agreements, managing signing processes, negotiations, and implementation.
3.Manage administrative duties of the deputy General Manager.
4.Organize and coordinate management/sales meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
5.Undertake additional tasks assigned by the deputy General Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications:
1.Full-time bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or related fields.
2.Prior at least 6 months experience as an Executive Assistant is preferred. Must have experience in the new energy industry, preferably in PV and BESS, at least PV related experience
3.Knowledge of administrative management. Exceptional communication, coordination and prioritization skills, proficiency in PPT design, data consolidation, and meeting facilitation.
4.Strong ethical values and approachable demeanor.
5.Resilience under pressure, adaptability to frequent business travel. Proficiency in English, Spanish and Chinese, both oral and writing.
6.Must live in Madrid, Spain, and be available for international travel (preferably have a Schengen visa).
