Position Mission
As a Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for leading the reporting and data analysis function within international engineering projects for one of our key clients in Sweden. Your mission will be to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality reporting, enabling informed decision-making and full visibility of project performance.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting and Data Management
* Define, develop, and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and tools.
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability across all reports.
* Consolidate information from multiple teams into clear and structured deliverables.
Performance Analysis and KPIs
* Monitor key indicators such as cost, schedule, risks, and progress.
* Identify deviations and propose corrective actions proactively.
* Provide actionable insights to improve overall project performance.
Stakeholder Coordination
* Act as the main reporting interface between different project stakeholders.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineering, and finance teams.
* Present reports and insights to senior management and international clients.
Tools and Process Optimization
* Drive improvements in reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, ERP systems).
* Promote automation and standardization of reporting processes.
* Ensure alignment with client requirements and internal methodologies.
Requirements
* Education: Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
* Experience: Experience in reporting, project controls, or data analysis within engineering, infrastructure, or industrial environments.
* Technical Skills:Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities
* Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
* Knowledge of project management and reporting processes
* Languages:Fluent English is mandatory (very high level required in an international environment)
* Swedish is a plus
