 
        
        On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to oversee operations in the telemarketing and sale teams to improve the handling of inbound real estate enquiries and increase direct sales. The ability to organise and handle a high volume of inquiries and use automation methods to reduce costs are essential.
Requirements
 * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in telemarketing or real estate sales working in an international market
 * Fluent in English and Spanish
 * Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Commercial Management or similar
 * Experienced user of CRM systems-HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho etc
 * Experienced in utilising sales metrics and report generation
 * Strong leadership, motivation and team management skills
 * Results driven focusing on conversion, timing and continuous improvement of the team and processes.
 * Live in a daily commutable distance of Marbella.
Responsibilities
 * Establish procedures for handling incoming sale leads - follow up, response time, call scripts, qualification criteria etc.
 * Define criteria to assign, prioritise and monitor daily performance of leads to sales and telemarketing teams.
 * Provide quality control to incoming calls, emails and WhatsApp’s to ensure service quality.
 * Provide support to the team on strategic calls and to close key sales.
 * Create dashboards to analyse and generate reports on overall lead performance and prepare reports for management teams.
 * Identify team training needs in sale techniques (objection handling, qualification techniques) and CRMs tools
 * Ensure quality of leads and collaborate with IT department and marketing as required.

Salary: €35,000-€40,000 gross plus sales commissions
