Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced School Director to lead our educational operations in Huelva.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both professional English and Spanish and bring solid experience within the education sector.
The School Director will be responsible for the overall management and strategic development of two schools in Huelva, as well as an external center. This role includes leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary team of approximately 17 professionals across different roles, ensuring high standards of academic delivery, operational excellence, and team engagement.
Our schools offer English and Spanish for foreigners, with a wide range of classes covering all levels and needs. We work with students of all ages—primarily children and teenagers—providing a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
* Leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team of educators and administrative staff.
* Overseeing the performance and growth of two schools and one external center.
* Coordinating official examination schedules and ensuring smooth delivery of exams.
* Building and maintaining strong institutional relationships with local schools, companies, and key stakeholders.
* Representing the organization within the local community, enhancing visibility and reputation.
* Identifying business opportunities and driving commercial growth.
* Participating as a member of the company’s Management Committee and reporting directly to the General Director.
Desired qualifications
* High proficiency in using management systems and digital tools, as well as a strong ability to work with AI-driven solutions in a highly digitalized environment.
* Proven experience in educational leadership or management.
* Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
* A solid understanding of the local business and social environment in Huelva (highly valued).
* A proactive, commercially driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
