Role Overview
Studio SEEDz is seeking a highly skilled Senior CGI Artist specializing in architectural visualization to collaborate on international projects across residential, hospitality, and masterplanning. You will be responsible for producing high‑end, photorealistic visualizations, both exterior and interior, with a strong focus on atmosphere, materiality, lighting, and composition. The role requires a refined design sensibility and the ability to translate architectural concepts and large‑scale masterplans into compelling visual narratives.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in high‑end architectural visualization (interiors and exteriors)
* Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer and/or V‑Ray (Unreal Engine, Lumion or similar tools are a plus)
* Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and composition at a photorealistic level
* Ability to interpret architectural drawings, masterplans, and design intent
* High level of attention to detail and visual consistency
* Experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects is highly valued
