Your Role
Eleventy is looking for a Sales Associate (40h) for its corner at El Corte Inglés Marbella.
Your mission will be to deliver an exceptional client experience, develop long-term relationships with local and international customers, and contribute to the commercial success of the corner through outstanding service and brand representation.
You will report directly to the Corner Manager and work closely with the Retail team.
Your Main Responsibilities
* Deliver an elevated and personalized shopping experience aligned with Eleventy's luxury service standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local, international, and VIP clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business
* Proactively contribute to the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
* Actively develop and expand the client portfolio through clienteling activities and follow-up.
* Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating Eleventy's values, craftsmanship, and contemporary Italian lifestyle.
* Ensure the sales floor and product presentation are always maintained according to Visual Merchandising standards.
* Support stock management, replenishment, inventory activities, and overall store organization.
* Assist with operational procedures, reporting, and daily store activities to ensure smooth business operations.
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Your Profile
* You have previous experience in premium or luxury retail, with a strong passion for client service and sales.
* You excel at building genuine relationships with discerning clients and delivering highly personalized experiences.
* You are commercially driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
* You have a strong understanding of luxury customer expectations and lifestyle-oriented selling.
* You are a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
* You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing sales and operational responsibilities.
* You have a genuine interest in fashion, craftsmanship, and luxury lifestyle brands.
* Fluency in Spanish and English is required; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
