Job Title: Travel Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team.
* The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to business customers before, during, and after their travels.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in making new flight reservations and changing existing reservations in Amadeus.
* A strong understanding of rules and regulations for tickets regarding cancellation/change is essential.
* The selected candidate will be responsible for contributing to a positive customer experience through responsible treatment of each contact.
* This role requires excellent communication skills to inform customers on methods being used to resolve the problem and available support options.
* The successful Travel Consultant must achieve performance targets defined by the project.
* Client satisfaction and high-quality service in a timely manner are paramount.
* This role involves providing information, solutions, and advice to customers regarding our services while maintaining effective communication.
Requirements:
* Native Norwegian language speaker with good English skills is required.
* Previous experience in the travel industry or related field is necessary.
* Experience in Amadeus and ticketing skills are highly desirable.
* Strong written and verbal customer service skills are essential.
* The selected candidate should be willing to learn and develop new skills.
* Basic computer technology knowledge is required.
* This role requires a dynamic and self-motivated individual.
* An open-minded team player willing to work in an international environment is essential.
* Strong work ethic and commitment to job responsibilities are necessary.
* EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain is required.
