Case study: Depending on the position, a test may be requested (role play, technical assessment, problem-solving scenario, etc.).

What would you need?
* 7 years of experience in space systems engineering, with a strong focus on telecom payloads and RF subsystems.
* Deep understanding of electronics, radiofrequency, communications, and/or embedded software.
* Proven experience as a telecom payload architect, capable of leading the design and validation of complex subsystems.
* Strong knowledge of Python and MATLAB for data processing, analysis, and automation.
* Ability to manage trade-off studies and propose balanced technical solutions aligned with customer needs and project constraints.
* Experience preparing technical documentation: specifications, design justifications, analysis reports, user manuals, etc.
* Critical thinking and decision-making skills based on consistent technical information.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
* A proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
What will you do?
* Lead the technical design of space telecom subsystems, including RF, digital and analog electronics, data processing, software, and firmware.
* Evaluate and propose system architectures that meet mission requirements and constraints.
* Develop, build, and validate solutions considering the entire system lifecycle.
* Prepare and maintain technical documentation and data packages for all project phases.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
* Support integration, testing, and troubleshooting of telecom payload components.
* Contribute to design reviews and customer interactions as a technical reference.
