This role is a customer-facing Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in Business Applications and Dynamics 365 F&O, responsible for driving customers’ business applications transformation on the Microsoft platform, managing architectural strategy and operational health engagements.
This position is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.

Responsibilities
* Customer Centricity: gather customer insights to map solutions and services with business outcomes leveraging Microsoft Business Applications expertise.
* Identify opportunities to improve customer solutions and position services to help customers achieve objectives.
* Accelerate solution delivery and adoption through Value Based Deliveries and repeatable IP.
* Support customer skilling by delivering technical discussions, workshops, etc., enabling operational health and cloud readiness.
* Contribute to customer satisfaction with a positive experience.
* Provide feedback from customers to relevant Microsoft teams to enable continuous improvement.
* Business Impact: Drive Consumption (Cloud & Support) growth by guiding technical and business decision makers to understand Microsoft Business Applications value and enable value realization through solution optimization, performance efficiency, and operational excellence.
* Resolution Of Customer Blockers: Anticipate and identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live or broad usage, delivering work according to Microsoft best practices and repeatable IP.
* Identify Growth Opportunities: Leverage product knowledge to identify opportunities based on customer/partner needs.
* Technical Leadership: Drive continuous skill alignment, participate in communities, pursue IP reuse, obtain accreditations, and mentor junior colleagues.
* Practice Development: Generate ideas for IP, technologies, and processes;
drive IP reuse and bestpractice sharing.
* Trusted Advisor (Relationship Building): Develop and expand relationships with customer and partner architects, technical decision makers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications Required / Minimum Qualifications
* Fluency in English and Spanish;
additional languages appreciated.
* Proven experience in finance and operations (F&O).
* Bachelor's Degree OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field with extensive IT consulting/support and Microsoft Business Applications experience.
* Significant experience in a customer-facing role and as a lead technical solution architect.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
* Functional or technical certification in one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 apps or equivalent experience as a lead functional consultant.
* Knowledge of Success by Design methodology or relevant experience in business value projects.
* No relocation is possible.
Technical Qualifications / Experience
* Deep technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O).
* Understanding of Cloud concepts with Microsoft Azure;
knowledge of relationships between D365 F&O and Azure components.
* Integrations patterns and anti-patterns with D365;
familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management and Azure DevOps features (Boards, Repository, Build/Release Pipelines).
* Experience with Environment Management / Troubleshooting (LCS);
familiarity with Regression Suite Automation Tool and debugging/performance troubleshooting.
* Knowledge about integration between D365 Customer Engagement and Finance/Supply Chain.
* Experience in performance/code reviews for D365 F&O solutions;
hands-on experience with F&O assessments.
