Major tasks and responsibilities of position:
According to the Site Turnarounds:
The PCT Turnaround Engineer performs all his tasks in all Site Units at the same time.
The PCT Turnaround Engineer coordinate PCT, Analysers, Electricity and High Voltage disciplines.
The PCT Turnaround Engineer manages and coordinates a PCT, Analysers, Electricity and High Voltage team.
The PCT Turnaround Engineer controls the achievement of the planning objectives inside an industry context with high safety and availability standards.
Its function is to achieve the objectives of the turnaround, directly in the PCT, Analysers, Electricity and High Voltage engineering during preparation, scoping, planning and scheduling, execution and close out phases. He/she manages, coordinates and controls the scope and also is in charge of the whole TAR Site PCT, Analyses, Electricity and High Voltage TA works and its correct implementation during execution. Leads a PCT, Analyses, Electricity and High Voltage multiple external and internal teams to achieve the objectives on time and under demanding quality requirements. Solving with autonomy and responsibility the issues which appear according to the TA Engineering objectives
Qualifications:
Degree in Industrial/Chemical Engineering, preferential Electric and Process Control specialty.
**Experience**:
Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or engineering work in a petrochemical or chemical process industry.
Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and execution of shut downs in a petrochemical or chemical process industry.
Good oral and written communication in English.
Knowledge / Skills:
Good knowledge of maintenance and engineering disciplines such as PCT instrumentation, electrical, high voltage, mechanics, civil work, etc.
Knowledge of contractor management: understanding of the contractual conditions of contractor contracts.
Ability to estimate resources and costs.
Knowledge and abilities on process automation, tools and systems, production networks management, OT security, specially applied to Siemens PCS7.
Experience on process control automation and technology, instrumentation, high voltage and process analyzer technology on chemical plants.
Industrial legislation: product classification, pressure, volume storage.
Safety legislation: work permits, confined spaces, chemical products risks.
Labor legislation: basic knowledge.
Biding / Invoicing: Contracting Strategy (Unit prices, Lump Sum, Reimbursable time and material, Materials...).
Project Scheduling software: MS-Project and Primavera P6 knowledge..
ROSER Turnaround planning software suite knowledge.
SAP as expert user level.
Ability to analyze and solve problems, high sense of responsibility in the performance of work, strong teamwork spirit.
