reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA, based in Tres Cantos, Spain.As a TABP at Nutreco, you will drive our Talent Acquisition strategy, aligning it with our business goals. Your role involves building strong partnerships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and the HR team to ensure talent strategies support our objectives. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from developing strategic plans to advising hiring managers on skill needs, acting as the key link between our business lines and Talent Acquisition.Your success will depend on your ability to strategically align talent acquisition with company growth, manage stakeholders effectively, and foster collaboration across teams to deliver impactful recruitment outcomes.About The Role :

Lead or contribute to improvement projects within Talent Acquisition to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Leadership :
Mentor and support a team of TA Specialists to perform at their best.Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter, Talent Specialist, or Agency Recruiter, preferably with campus recruitment experience.Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate effectively.Proficiency in data-driven recruitment approaches using metrics and analytics.Proactive with quick understanding of business needs.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.Preferred residency:
