Service Description
This service is designed to ensure the proper operation, availability, and evolution of Network and VoIP infrastructures. The scope includes comprehensive support management—covering incidents, service requests, changes, and support activities—while ensuring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The role also focuses on continuous improvement of the environment through the identification and implementation of optimization initiatives in close coordination with the client. Responsibilities include managing patches and vulnerabilities across hardware and appliances and providing on-call support for critical incidents to ensure uninterrupted service.
Key Functions & Responsibilities
* Administration of network and VoIP infrastructures
* Management and resolution of tickets, incidents, requests, and changes
* Ensuring service availability, performance, and stability
* Participation in continuous improvement initiatives
* Identification and implementation of optimization actions in coordination with the client
* Management and application of security patches and vulnerability remediation on hardware and appliances
* Provision of on-call support for critical incidents
Required Qualifications & Experience
* CCNP certification or a experience in voice and data networks (LAN and WAN).

* Knowledge of security and experience maintaining Fortigate firewalls
