Technology Consulting – Sector Tech – Digital Grid – Senior
The Opportunity
The role of a Digital Grid Senior is to provide consulting services to Power & Utility clients implementing digital grid programs, capabilities and systems (AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS) resulting in increased value and efficiency.
As a Senior in the Technology Transformation Program Delivery, you will drive and manage technology transformation projects and programs that align with our organizational strategy to achieve desired outcomes. You will provide assurance to leadership by managing timelines, costs, and quality, leading both technical and non-technical project teams in the development and implementation of technology solutions and/or infrastructure.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and support hands‑on integration and configuration of operational technology systems such as ADMS, EMS, DRMS, DERMS, and SCADA, ensuring interoperability with enterprise IT systems
Work closely with client technical teams to design, test, and validate configurations, system interfaces, data flows, and operational workflows for grid modernization initiatives
Define and execute deliverables
Track deliverable completion and project status
Travel to external clients as necessary
Design and facilitate client meetings and workshops
Identify and implement service‑delivery improvements that enhance the quality of service
Participate in new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions
Identify and resolve or escalates issues and risks that affect scope, quality, schedule, and resources
Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge and enhance client service delivery
Stay current with the latest industry trends to serve as a trusted advisor / subject‑matter resource for clients’ businesses

A solid foundation in project and program delivery methods, including Agile and waterfall
The ability to coach others on relevant processes, tools, techniques, and enabling technologies
Propose solutions to technical constraints and anticipate bottlenecks in the system development cycle
Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during system integration and deployment phases
Decision‑making based on broad policies and personal knowledge/experience
Ability to work on complex issues requiring in‑depth evaluation of variable factors
Dedication to being coached and the willingness to coach junior team members
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in explaining complex structures in a digestible and relevant manner for varied audiences
Ability to anticipate and identify risks and escalates issues appropriately to internal and client leadership
To qualify for the role, you must have
A Bachelor’s degree (4‑year degree)
Typically 2‑4 years of relevant work experience
Proven business or technical work experience in one or more digital grid‑focus areas (AMI, ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS)
Hands‑on experience with system integration, configuration, and testing of ADMS, EMS, DRMS, DERMS, and SCADA platforms
Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Program structuring
Iterative delivery methodologies
Hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies
Project and Portfolio Management tools
Project and program definition and governance
Project or program resource management
Project or program value, finance, budget and quality management

What We Offer You
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with performance‑based rewards in a wide range of paid time off options. Base salary range for all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. In the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) base salary range is $122,900 to $213,400.
Hybrid model: most people in client‑serving roles work in person 40‑60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
