What’s the job?
As Restaurant Manager, you will lead your team in a fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee and support a team of supervisors and manage the entire front of house operation. Reports to the Director of Food & Beverage.
Your day-to-day
* Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation.
* Ensure the food & beverage concept is well executed, meeting guest and team expectations, while continuously seeking improvements.
* Update service offerings in line with trends and guest preferences.
* Engage positively with colleagues and guests.
* Collaborate closely with the kitchen team and Food & Beverage Director to ensure strong communication.
* Manage food & beverage control, including inventory, costs, sales analysis, and stock management.
* Ensure adherence to service standards and SOPs.
* Follow cash handling procedures and manage stock items.
* Train the food & beverage team in product and menu knowledge.
* Lead ongoing service standards training and personal development.
* Oversee food & beverage presentation and staff training.
What we need from you
* College or advanced training in food and beverage management.
* At least 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a hotel or independent restaurant.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; German is highly valuable.
* Proactive, positive, energetic, and passionate about service.
* Knowledge of MICROS system and wine knowledge are advantageous.
