A leading multinational pharmaceutical company is looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Brand Manager to join their team. This role is initially offered as a
one-year temporary contract
, with a possibility of continuity within the organization based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of key tactical activities and track KPIs to test, optimize and improve performance.
- Implementation and integration of ICE to CRM Therapeutical Area.
- Regular engagement with cross functional team: focus on sales teams to ensure alignment to new strategy and activities conducted in line with new campaign and market archetypes.
- Execution of activities in line with budget: regular monitoring and feedback to ensure spending in line with expectations.
- Engagement with key KOLs to support implementation of new materials/tactics.
- Prepare insights and conduct market analysis to support the development of a robust One Brand Plan for 2027.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Brand Manager
- Project Management.
- Cross Cultural Experience.
- Proven experience in strategic roles.
- Strong communication impact to large audiences.
- Customer centric experiences (demonstrated deep understanding of customer needs and translated them into meaningful business value generating initiatives).
- Advanced English
