Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar management role in a luxury high-end brandPrevious experience working in seasonal venues is essentialStrong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a teamFamiliar with lifestyle brand concept including entertainment, live music and eventsAttention to detail with good customer serviceAbility to work under pressure and have excellent time managementMust have high level of both spoken and written Spanish and EnglishOn-going training program and interactive induction.Excellent discounts at some of the most prestigious high-end restaurants.Family meals while on shift.
